Fantastické! Velice milá a ochotná majitelka i dcera.

Krásné, čisté ubytování nad jezerem s krásným výhledem na hory a jezero. Fantastická snídaně, vířivka, parkování. Prostě super! Rádi doporučíme.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht.

Kleines feines Hotel in super Lage mit einer tollen Inhaberin, die täglich ein sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück zubereitet hat. Mehr braucht man nicht, um einen super Urlaub zu verbringen.

Short stay but will definitely come back

The room nb 5 is spacious and comfortable. It is all well equipped (hair dryer etc) and each day room was cleaned by staff that is very very friendly. Breakfast is tasty and there is huge variety of food to try. You can use private driveway to park car. Property is close to all restaurants where you can enjoy great view to lake Garda during day and nights and only 20min by car to Garda village or 40min to Sirmione (Jamaica beach). Despite lack of aircon the room is well coolled and cosy during summer times (+30C)

Property is close to the main street and during evenings and nights you can hear a little bit all (not heavy) traffic. The mattress in the room nb 5 should be changed because it is worn and uncomfortable to get a good sleep.

Very good

The breakfast was amazing, huge variety and delicious. Nice view over lake and town. Great to have a balcony. Spacious room and bathroom. Really handy location for walking around town. Took around 15 minutes to the lake.

It was quite hot and there was no fan or aircon. Pillows were flat and hard. Handy location also means a bit noisy, but maybe because it was holidays.

lovely place! We stayed two nights and we are very pleased. nice staff, delicious breakfasts! excellent base to visit Lake Garda. one and a half hours to Venice by car.

A couple travelling

A very nice, cute and little hotel with very friendly staff. Our room (room nr.1) had a huge terrace and a normal size balcony. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great and the breakfast was amazing, very diverse and changing from day to day, including many fresh vegetables. Free parking is on the premises which is very convenient.

The isolation was not that good so we woke up every morning because of noises coming either from the outside or the inside of the building.

Breakfast was amazing, changing slightly each day for some variety but keeping the staples. Room was spacious and super clean with gorgeous views of the sunsets

Excellent breakfast. Calm area. Friendly Staff. Room is like it is described.

There was heater only in bathroom but not in bedroom. In summer its not at all problem. In winter/cold weather one must take care(extra blankets necessary).

Very pleasant stay

The ambience, breakfast, and the people were very nice and hospitable:) The house was always kept super clean and tidy. Georgia and Moreno were always available and would help us with anything we needed. I definitely will recommend this stay to everyone. PS: the breakfast couldn't be any better. Oh, we loved it,:):)

Everything was PERFECT! Will come back for sure ♥

The room was super clean and big, including a big terrace with an amazing view. The hostess was amazing and helped us a lot! Very delicious breakfast, the hostess prepared vegan dishes especially for me and it was very thoughtful and extraordinary!

The location is great, a short ride to the lake, but you should consider renting a car for your convenience, even though we did it by bus/taxi and it was fine too.

Very friendly host, cosy room, great breakfast with amazing local food, homemade pastry, lot of fruits, vegetables, even vegan and everyday a different choice. Accomodation is situtated just few meters from city centre and food market. Accomodation is offering discount for e-bike rental (Monte Baldo Experience) which is few meters from there. I even had parking place in shadow under roof in garage.

I loved everything about this stay tbh the location was amazing, the host was super friendly, the breakfast (homemade) was amazing. Easy parking plenty of space and comfy room, I would have loved to had the time to stay longer. Thanks again

Great place with amazing breakfast

Welcoming place with very hospitable hosts (Georgia), clean room, breakfast was fantastic: eggs, grilled vegetables, home made cakes, fruit, prosciutto, cheeses, cappuccino... I recommend this guest house.
