Un endroit très calme. Une terrasse très agréable avec vue sur le lac, ou l'on peut prendre son petit déjeuner, le repas, ou tout simplement un verre. Un vaste choix pour le petit déjeuner aussi bien salé que sucré. Nous avons pris nos repas du soir à l'hôtel. La cuisine est familiale et excellente. Un rapport qualité/prix au top. C'est un hôtel ou nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Everything was really nice and clean. View from our balcony was amazing :) People working there were also nice and helpful. It was more than we expected for sure! Bed was super comfy and soft :)

We liked everything! Only thing I can say is that it would be even better if bedroom had its own fridge but other than that everything was great!

Exceptional

Hotel has great view , food (both breakfast and restaurant) is tasty. Owner and restaurant workers are English speaking and handsome. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room air conditioner did not work. We had to pay additional tax when checking out.

disapointing management

The public terrace and the view, the waitress was very kind and speaks English. The room facing the mountain has a great lovely porch. To our surprise, the manager/barman/receptionist did not take any responsibility for the water flood in our room.

There is no a.c. and can't control light in room's private porch. When returning to our room in the evening the bathroom floor was flooded with (fortunately) clear water from beneath the sink. We were to tired to ask to move to another room or having somene fix it when we wanted to rest. In the morning, when we told the manager at checkout about the problem and our inconvenience, he did not seem to be surprised at all, was not empathic, and no compensation was offered.

I would 100% recommend.

the view is stunning, the bedroom was very clean and comfortable, we had a great time there!

the only problem is that it is just accessible by car

Nice hotel with good lake views.

Beautiful lake views away from the chaos. Very well maintained property. We enjoyed drinks and supper and found the service and prices very good. Definitely worthwhile enjoying all the facilities at this property. The breakfast selection was excellent.

The bed was the only disappointment, and managed should address the multiple negative reviews regarding the squeaky, soft beds. In addition, I do not approve of two single beds being labeled as a double bed. This property deserves a 10, but the sleeping experience is one of the most important components when traveling. Only area lacking serious attention at this property.

Superb

Breakfast was very good. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was small, cozy and very clean. Location is a bit remote, but it's worth it because of the spectacular view to Lago di Garda.

Lovely small hotel with a surprisingly nice view on the Lake Garda. The staff did not speak English that well, but the service was still very good and we had zero communication issues. The food was nothing fancy but exceptionally good, traditional Italian cuisine. Free parking and clean rooms, whats there not to like?

Rooms are a bit dated but completely fine for the price range :)

The lake view was exactly how it was seen in the pictures. Beautiful! They have a really good breakfast spread. Private parking is a cherry on top.

The bathroom is really small making the shower even smaller! Making the shower adjust to a particular water temperature was very hard with really poor water pressure.

The heating of the room was done by air conditioner which was a bit loud.

Great stay at Lago di Garda

The room was very comfortable. Nice location of the Hotel, in a very quiet area of San Zeno. Nice views of the lake from the breakfast terrace. Parking included for my motorbike. Everything was great!!

The only problem : Wifi signal was from my room weak

The hitting was not working so little cold during the night The bed was done from 2 beds so during the night we were falling in the hole in the middle.

Wonderful view of Lake Garda from up high

Wonderful views. Clean room. Great food in the restaurant and wonderful breakfast.

Great little terrace with Lake Garda view and amazing sunsets .The room was clean, always cleaned during breakfast, we had elevator access and free parking at property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the communication barrier english-italian. 100% would recommend !

Nothing to dislike. This is an amazing find, we booked another day at the property thats how much we liked it .

Lovely stay near lake garda

The room was spacious, clean and the view from the hotel was great.

There is a fairly long drive to lake Garda (around 20mins) so ensure you have a car!

We were staying for one night only and weren't looking to be near the shore but if you plan of visiting lake by foot might be bit far as you have to go by a car given that accommodation is above the lake.

Calm area,15 minutes far from the lake by car, amazing lake view from balcony and terrace, big and very clean room, delicious and varied breakfast, nice staff. Excellent price- performance ratio.
