The Hotel staffs are pretty friendly and helpful to the travelers, they actually help us to get around the city and recommended food places to us. Although they only spoke Chinese mainly, we mainly like how they could help us get the best food in Changsha!
The place is full of smoking smell, which they allow people to smoke in the lobby of the hotel and it was noisy in the night of the hotel due to KTV and entertainment centers on the level 3. There's a limited number of facilities.
