Beautiful scenery, access to botanic gardens is amazing, and amazing breakfast and restaurant. I appreciated having a restaurant on site given the location. Only 15-20 min taxi into central Florence. Great AC
Walk to room was a bit difficult with luggage as I was located up the hill in a separate outbuilding. Location is also very family centered, so this did cause quite a bit of noise in the room as there are many young families staying here. If you are a solo traveler looking for a quiet retreat it wasn’t the best fit. They are also very strict about check in and check out time and did not offer much flexibility.

Everything. Staff. Organic farm and produce. National park hike. Everyone cares, Genuine hospitality. While the world moves towards automated stays and Ai experiences, this place takes you back to what real experiential tourism is all about. The peaches.
If there was a suggestion for improvement it would be to offer a toaster for the bread in the breakfast buffet and a juicer for the home grown oranges. The could offer basic cooking classes or fruit picking during harvest.

Beautiful setting overlooking Florence. Staff very friendly and helpful.
During the heatwave to be able to relax and enjoy the swimming pool after a long day sightseeing in Florence was amazing.
