The room was large and cosy with a lovely view over the garden and the lake. The breakfast was perfect. Also the parking was easy.

Themed decor relating to Charlie Chaplin, nice bar and restaurant area, outside area with nice pond, nice place to sit and have breakfast. Room was basic but clean. Parking on site which was good
No air conditioning. Breakfast wasn’t brilliant although they had a lot of coach trips and seemed very understaffed, food was not replenished and tables were not cleared. Nothing much around the hotel, but we did book out of town so had to use the car

Access to motorway very convenient but poor access to the city center.
The ventilation is not effective, not able to cool the room down and also so noisy that one cannot sleep with it on. The shower was not very clean.
