We enjoyed our stay very much! The location by the lake is great, the room is very spacious, staff is helpful and friendly, the view is beautiful and there is great Air Conditioning in the room.
We took a junior suite and had a small garden, which was very nice.
The carpet in the corridor leading to our room was stained as well as some furniture in our room. It makes the place look run down.

Second time here, absolutely love it. Love that it has a nostalgia, gorgeous corners, beautiful rooms with a view & nice hospitality. Just such a nice place and a satisfying stay. A bit underrated.

Good
Our room and bathroom were in réal need of tlc and modernisation. In fairness, we were offered a well appointed suite initially but very minimalist and ‘cold’ with no lake view. We changed to a suite on the 6th floor with a lake view to die for but stains on the carpets and in real need of a refurb!
Staff were great.
