We needed somewhere to stay near Milano Centrale Station as we had a late flight arriving into Milan and then had to leave early for a train to Como. This accommodation said they were flexible with late check ins (ours ended up being even later than anticipated due to a flight delay!) and it was easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp and to let them know when we would arrive etc. someone was there to meet us at 12:30am and took us to our room. It is in a nice building and the room was very clean with enough space and even a balcony. We had a good sleep in the bed and even though the window faced a tram line, it wasn't very noisy. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the station. Check out was simple, overall very good value for money if needing somewhere close to the station!

The check-in girl was excellent with communication!! The room was large and a really nice balcony. Very close to train station. The property was on the second floor with an elevator. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
The entry hall had about 8-10 large steps to haul luggage up and the older lady who manages the building complained about dragging the suitcases up the stairs when I arrived.

Close to Milan Centrale Train Station. We were early, so the room wasn’t ready yet, but the girl was nice enough to hold our bags till later in the day. The room was comfortable, basic accommodation, and check-in was only staffed half time.
The girl at check in would not let us use our French residence card ID to check-in. She insisted the only acceptable ID was a passport. As residents in the EU, we are not required to travel within Europe with our passports. It was actually their reservation system that was not able to scan or upload our residence cards. that is not acceptable. We were lucky that we were headed to the United States in a week so we happened to have them with us. The girl spoke very little English so it was difficult to explain it to her. I know it’s not her fault, but the hotel management need to update their reservation system to accept IDs that can not be scanned, as they are legal documents. 2nd complaint: price a little steep for such basic accommodations.
