Park Mews is a beautifully refurbished Victorian mews cottage set in a quiet lane just five minutes' walk from Glasgow's famous Kelvingrove Park. Its location is perfect for getting about the city by public transport, as bus and underground stops are very close and the surrounding area has a variety of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Mackintosh's famous Glasgow School of Art, the University of Glasgow and Scottish Conservatoire are all within easy walking distance as are Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, the Concert Hall, Scottish Opera and two variety theatres. A link to the M8 is literally round the corner, making it simple for the motorist to travel to any part of Scotland. However Glasgow's two main train stations and bus station are so close that a car is not necessary.

Spacious property in a good location near Kelvingrove Park. The kitchen was well-equipped for our breakfasts and snacks, and I appreciated having an ironing board. We were able to park nearby by letting our hosts know our rental car’s license plate, though there is an extra fee for parking. The flat is located on an alley, but we felt very safe. It took us about 20-25 minutes to walk to the pedestrian area on Sauchiehall Street and to the Queen’s Street Station for travel outside of Glasgow. The hosts were responsive to our calls and emails and they were not at all fussy about check in and check out protocols. It was a welcome variation on staying in hotels and inns.

This mews apartment is in a fantastic location in Glasgow, a wonderful neighborhood near the Kelvingrove Park and West End, but still walking distance to downtown. Owners were very communicative and the flat itself is charming, clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Convenient location with parking. Lots of fun pubs around. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable and overall as advertised. Check in was easy and property manager good communicator.
