Great location, close to the busy areas. Beds comfortable, roomy and good communication. We felt safe and were very happy with this accommodation.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, and the location was in the city centre, which was very convenient.
The customer service could definitely be improved on. The apartment itself has no reception and it was hard to contact anyone. We did not receive any link to pay, and had to write several emails before someone eventually sent us a link... on the day of check-in itself! There is a WhatsApp number that you can message for customer support, but it's a bit hit and miss - we asked for an extra set of towels as there were only 3 but there were 4 of us. We were assured someone would bring another set to us, but this never happened. We asked for a physical entry card as there were elderly people in our group who did not know how to use the phone app entry, but the card we were given only worked once, and stopped working the next day. Given we were only staying for 3 nights and nobody came with the towels, we felt there was no point requesting another physical card. We saw several other guests in the lobby on the phone to customer services asking for help with the key entry system etc, so seems this is quite a big issue overall.

It’s a great location, a great property
It was so hot and we were unable to change any thermostat. There were only 2 towels. I had phoned to say there were 4 staying but I didn’t have the information required for the check in info
