The apartment itself is newly renovated and designed with style, modernity, and comfort in mind to ensure you not only like the feel of the place but enjoy resting/working/chatting/eating there too! The Space: The apartment has been designed with modern sensibilities and guest comfort at the heart of each decision. You will find the space, clean, minimalist but highly functional. From our large and open kitchen/diner to our sleek bathrooms, we have paid attention to the little details so we can get the place feeling right for guests. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the property for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: The flat is located in a superb position as it comes with the space, peace and charm of the West End but also sits right next to Charing Cross so you are only minutes walk from the busier, exciting and vibrant city centre too. There are a wealth of cafes just outside the door with plenty of great selection and the same applies to restaurants too. What's more is that Kelvingrove park is only a short 2-4 minute walk away and is a great spot to spend in the sun, whether its with a barbecue or on a nice, long walk. Getting Around: The apartment is ideal in its central location and you'll have no issue exploring the West End and City Centre on foot. However for those less mobile or with less time on their hands there are also great subway connections within 10-15 minutes walk as well as bus routes going into and out of the city on main roads. Charing Cross train station is also a few minutes walk away. Other Things to Note: We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay Please note, check in is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January. For insurance purposes, only adults over 25 years old can be hosted. ID verification is required on all bookings Interaction with Guests: Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. My daughter and I stayed at this flat for 10 days while we were moving our daughter into university! This is a great location, easy to walk just about anywhere. Gillian was very responsive to our questions during our stay. Would stay here again!

Very comfortable accommodations for two couples. Lots of space to allow the early risers to do their thing without waking others. All amenities such as smart TV, wifi and laundry all worked well. Location was amazing. Wander off in any direction and find ample history, shops and restaurants. Best to note that there are exterior stairs to access the front door and even longer interior stairs to access the second bathroom, kitchen, dining room and laundry.

Lots of room in an a convenient location, but needs work. The steps leading down to it needed to be weeded/cleaned, the freestanding wardrobe in the larger bedroom still had folded up cardboard shims between it and the carpet it was sitting on, and first step down into the sub-basement where the kitchen/dining and other bathroom are is extremely dangerous. All of us stumbled/missed it, and one got bruised by tumbling into the blunt end of the railing, which is five feet down the wall. Continuing the handrail up to the top would definitely help. The paint was just thrown on top of the previous, with a bedroom door, walls, and trim all the same color. Casual inspection showed the previous paint underneath. The kitchen door could not be unlocked, despite everyone's efforts, and the blinds in a bedroom could not be raised on one side, despite almost hanging from the drawcord. Windows were painted shut, the WiFi was terrible, and the lower bathroom heater never turned on. Gillian, the host, was responsive, but unfortunately wasn't able to get workers out to fix the lack of heat, water heater (which we fixed via Youtube), or stuck blinds.

A very comfortable, quiet space with plenty of room for relaxing after adventuring through the city. Easy communication with Gillian. I would absolutely stay here again!
