Everything. The room and the surrounding are beautiful, the host is very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was delicious and coffee was very good. But the most memorable thing is going to be a sunset seen from the terrace.

Modern rooms and clean
Lodging was quite far from the location seen in the pictures and about 8 km away from San Vito Lo Capo beach.
Booked and paid for a large quadruple room and got a standard room instead which was good however was told nothing about it on check in and had to complain when I discovered.
No apology or anything forthcoming, asked for a refund which was granted as they had sold the room to someone else, owners very grumpy after we got the refund.,
