Appartamento moderno, con tutte le comodità possibili. Molto grande, 2 bagni, 2 camere, 2 terrazzi, cucina bellissima e completa di ogni utensile, davvero tutto perfetto. Parcheggio recintato da mura e cancello come tutta la proprietà, quindi davvero comodo e sicuro. Annalisa ci ha accolto in maniera eccellente, visti i problemi con l’aeroporto a causa dell’Etna si è addirittura offerta di venirci a prendere a Trapani (4 ore di auto) e ci ha fatto una spesa enorme di benvenuto, davvero troppo per noi, ci ha fatto super piacere! Inoltre ci ha dato tanti consigli per visitare i dintorni, ci ha atteso tutta la giornata per il check-in. Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti ed emozionati da così tanta gentilezza. Posizione comodissima, attraversando la strada c’è il Lido La Grotta che è iper consigliato! Poi a pochi km si raggiunge Catania, Acitrezza, con pochi km in più anche Taormina, Siracusa, Marzamemi ecc

Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari: sapendo che viaggiavamo con i bambini hanno fatto trovare anche della frutta, acqua fresca etc etc, con un’attenzione non comune. Disponibilità e cortesia. Vista mare molto bella. Silenzio delle camere.

L’appartement est assez grand pour deux couples. Il est un peu vieux, mais le propriétaire est très gentil et nous a attendus jusqu’à 22h pour le check-in. Le balcon, bien que petit, permet de prendre un café à deux avec vue sur la mer. En revanche, la plage n’est pas à côté : celles proches de l’immeuble sont surtout des cailloux, et pour profiter d’une vraie plage de sable, il faut aller plus loin en voiture.
L’appartement se trouve dans un immeuble ancien avec une odeur de moisissure assez présente. Le gros problème, ce sont les travaux ,(construction des nouveaux bâtiments ) juste à côté : le bruit dès 7h du matin était vraiment insupportable et rend le repos très difficile. À noter aussi qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Cela peut être un point à prendre en compte selon vos attentes.
