The room was pretty good a bit tiny and very clean, except that two things why we booked this room were not offered.
We booked a balcony room and on the site it said check out at 11 a.m. and the owner gave ua a grand floor with no balcony, we had to stayoutside on the stairs ro smoke, like homeless people, ans he told us the check out is at 10 a.m. So the only two things why we booked this room were not offered.

Clean space, good beds, quiet neighborhood, big shower, nice host.
Not a big deal but maybe add blinds for the windows (there are curtains) for a better longer sleep.

Free parking. Close to Lidl.
Uncomfortable bed. Sheets and covers too small for bed. nothing n room to heat water for tea.
