The cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you.
GPS took me to a wrong address. The check-in was in a different building. Parking was tricky but got there in the end. 😎

Nice quite hotel outside of he city
Had difficulty to park the car due to ongoing Christmas party in their restaurant next to the hotel.
Difficult to carry the luggage to the second floor. No elevator.

Positive side:
+ Room is cozy.
+ Very good breakfast.
+ Free parking.
+ Polite & helpful staff.
+ Room is 23-25c warm during the winter.
This hotel should be a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star hotel. I believe the hotel lives up to the expectation to become a 4 star.
- Signs on wear and tear on furniture (desk and closet).
- TV is a bit small & the channels are not in HD. Additionally, they have some Croatian channels and some German channels. That is a bit strange TV channel setup. No international channels like CNN, BBC etc.
- The fridge is not even cold.
- The restaurant has a smell of cigarette. All the cigarette smell from the bar next door is going directly to the restaurant. This is not really pleasant for us.
- Electrical plugs for the bathroom is located in the most unpractical place.
- Noise can easily be heard from the hallway. Noise isolation is not made properly.

There were small problems, like faucet didn’t stay on in smaller pressure, wires hanging in multiple places, when the cleaner took the dity towels, they didn’t bring new ones etc. But the biggest issue for me was missing Wi-Fi. It only worked in conmon areas, but in room there was no hope for it.
