Left early and weren't reimbursed for amenities not provided. Not worth the money.

Rooms were big and comfy.

No spa as advertised, no breakfast that was advertised, no ocean view, no front desk, no internet most of the day.

Simple, relaxing, 10 minute walk from the beach, short taxi ride to convention Center.

We stayed for a conference so were not there in the daytime. However in the mornings and evenings it was a fantastic place to relax. We were a group of 5 sharing and had enough space.

The only small complaint was no sea view as we expected (although that was fine) and you could hear the road. Bur that was not a big problem for us.

The rooms are clean, the pastel too, the territory is 4 out of 5, the beach is nearby in 5-7 minutes by bike, on Nusa Dua 10-15 minutes

the doors to the rooms need to be repaired, they open against the floor and are a bit noisy. In a small room, the old shower needs to be changed, water is pouring in all directions, but not on you! In a small room closer to the kitchen, the air conditioner does not turn on well. These are the main

Luxury accommodation, perfect for families

We liked the rooms, we love the pool and the kitchen was great. All the furniture was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well which made it great for sleeping.

Good experience

The layout was good, ambience was nice.

The open area was not cleaned well, most shops nearby were closed due to pandemic.

All Staffs so Nice & I love the minibar

Strategic location in Nusa Dua Area, not far from Mulia Hotel & Hilton. House of Elora is very comfortable , uniqe design interior, I love the main bed room. They also have little pool , so we can drink in there.

The swimming pool is very small , it cant be used for swim at all. Living room area is a little bit dark. Need more lights so has a lot of mosquitos but They already prepared all kinds of mosquitos repellent. The roof is also a bit low, so it’s very hot inside. No wind. Ibu SULIS is very kind to gave us a new fan 😄 For garden behind the bedrooms, better rearrange to be more beautiful and not too many insects are seen when we go to the toilet.

Good

Friendly. Check in host, very nice conversation. Helpful to help us get a taxi to the beach! The pool was really nice but ice cold! Haha it was really refreshing. Open outdoor space was really sweet. Rooms were a little dark, not many windows, but it’s okay, go outside!
