Great spot for visiting the area without being in town

Very friendly host Micaela, who allowed us to check in very late due to our ferry arriving late at Civitavecchia. The unit was comfortable, and we were able to prepare meals with the equipment available. The shared outside areas were very attractive, and use of the washing machine and drying line was invaluable to us. Recommended.

The interior was rather dark, and noise from fast-moving traffic nearby could be heard in the distance.

Superb

Nice Location to visit Grosseto and explore Maremma Park by Bike. Michele and His mother were great and very helpful Hosts. She even prepared a delicious cake for us. The Kirchen was Well equipped.

L'indicazione sulla strada principale, perchè specialmente al buio, è difficile trovare la traversa in cui girare. Anche l'ingresso al parcheggio necessiterebbe di una protezione/ segnalazione che evidenzia il carraio dai fossi proprio a lato dello stesso. Per il resto struttura bellissima : ogni alloggio ha una indipendenza dagli altri che rende il soggiorno confortevole. Da tenere presente per altre visite ad amici residenti in zona.
