The huge space, the huge bed and the huge screen that I had just for myself.
The location was just perfect. Everything was close, easily accessible

The owner or whoever is managing the property was helpful nice to talk to
was no milk for coffee no hand towel or face towel had to ask for it cockroach in the room fridge was full of ice

location to Greenslopes Hospital. Off street parking
quite aged. Lots of small cockroaches in the room. Mould in the shower plus the shower was not cleaned properly (hair on the floor of shower and stick-on nails on floor near the bed and on floor of bathroom). Also no cutlery or toaster in the room. Can hear people taking all night long
