I spent an entire month at the facility, and I found it comfortable and well organised. It is perfect for medium-length stays, especially for those who travel for professional or academic reasons. The area is safe and quiet. It is not near the city centre, but you can reach it easily by public transport
(bus, underground, tram, bike sharing). The rooms are well equipped, except for the lack of an oven.
However, I found a couple of issues. First of all, the Smartments website states that professional room cleaning takes place once a week; but for stays longer than 14 days it happens once every two weeks.
Secondly, I was not able to use the WeWash app. I tried multiple times, but I constantly received an error message stating there were no laundromats nearby. As a result, whenever I needed to do laundry, I had to physically check the washing machines and hope at least one was free.

Easy Check In and overall good facilities.
Good Internet and kitchen ware as well.
For family its very disgusting because Toilet and Bathroom dont have locks. They are transperant with just small opaque lines on glass.
No privacy and Toilet is visible. Someone sitting on toiet seat is simply visible from room.
Its very embarrasing since you can litrally see toilet seat through glass partition..
Its not like hotel and Rooms are not even cleaned on regular basis.
If someone is staying for 3 or more days, its difficult to use same towels for 3 days.

The only truly positive note of this stay was Djon. During the time we lived there, he was always extremely supportive with every need and request. He is an extraordinary person—kind, helpful, and someone you can always rely on. Without a doubt, his presence made a real difference in our stay and allowed us to feel comfortable. He is the real added value of the place and significantly raises the level of the property.
We would also like to sincerely thank and mention other staff members who deserve recognition: Nedim, Mii (sorry if we spelled it in the wrong way), Tamari and the newly hired technician.
As for cleanliness, unfortunately, it leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions, we found the room not truly clean after the weekly housekeeping, and we also encountered stained towels and bed linens.
Another downside is the bathroom design. The glass bathrooms offer no privacy at all. In addition, the coat hooks placed on the mirror make it impossible to use it when jackets are hanging there, and there is a lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels. It doesn’t seem like any thought went into the design of the rooms, which are already very small. Everything feels superficially aesthetic rather than functional. Even the beds can be too small for two people.
The location is not great, as it is on the outskirts of the city and directly facing the highway. Overall, as a temporary accommodation it is okay, but there are better options available, sspecially if you are tourists and only need to stay for a few days.
