Easy check-in and well-equipped rooms. The room is a bit small for two people, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. The room is clean and perfectly adequate for sleeping. It takes around 30 minutes to reach Munich Central Station by public transport, with several changes.
The biggest downside is the transparent bathroom door, so I wouldn’t recommend these rooms if you’re not very close to your travel companion.

Very quiet area, fairly close to a metro (about 13 min walk). Room had everything we needed. Having a small kitchenette was very useful. We loved the easy check in. Automated WhatsApp messages giving advice in terms of easier check-in and details. We did not feel the need to talk to anyone or ask for anything because everything was provided. I loved that it was close to the English Garden and it was such a bliss to go for a walk. :-)
Beds are quite small, i think it was a matrimonial size especially for a very tall husband, but very comfortable otherwise.

no flexibility regarding check-in/check-out time, no reception, customer support = AI, 13min walk to the next metro stop, small bed for two people, bed blancket was not clean, bathroom is half made of glass -> very little privacy, noise in the morning; overall expensive for what you get
