Comfy beds, great breakfast, nice bar downstairs. Heiko on reception was a star! Nice area, lots of parks - I recommend a walk to the nearby Schlosselgarten - the neatest allotments I've ever seen, and a nice bar / restaurant there too.
Bit of a walk to nearest tram stop, but not problematic.

Rooms are ok
Staff must be professional. Good morning hello hi must be answer. Not rude. We said morning and no body answer. Evening we said hello but no answer. This is not a professional job. Work on it please

Daily housekeeping service.
Fridge didn’t work and the AC was weak.

The hotel is cleaned and big.
We booked two rooms for the family. One room has a faulty on the fridge and the room heater is not working properly but they said there is no equivalent room to exchange and they do not have any technician work at the weekend so we had to survive with this room for 3 nights.
