Location is near train, bus station and port. Budget choice for a single room. Easy check-in though I never see any staff.

Location is great , just few minute walk to JR station , pier , express coach, bus and Takamatsu Chikko, convenient store. Hassel free to travel to any where especially you want to catch the 1st ferry to the Setouchi islands. Lots of eating places too
There are room for improvement for the kitchen food heat up equipment as a bit old and need replacement.

Great location near the station and the harbor. The member of staff was very friendly and helped me to carry my luggage up and down during the check in and after check out.
A towel was left on the floor in the shower room for a couple of days, and nothing was done.

The location is very good — very close to the harbour and the train station. The bed was relatively comfortable, although there was a gap between the bed and the wall and some of my belongings fell through (fortunately the person in the bunk below wasn’t sleeping at the time).
Already quite expensive for a shared room, and the value for money is even worse given the poor facilities. The building is very run-down, dark, and really in need of a paint job. The whole place didn’t feel very clean. There were only one or two showers and toilets for the entire building (and perhaps an additional one in the large women-only dormitory). I also don’t think there was any staff present.
