Nice resort, but has some flaws. Also seems to be a bit outdated...

It seemed to have a very nice water park, but it was closed already when we arrived and we had to leave very early in the morning. Room was spacious.

We were missing blankets on bed, also the phone didn't work to call reception. Room was far away from reception also. Water park closed quite early. Also the walls are rather thin, we heard neighbours partying till midnight. Also there was construction going on in part of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport. An amazing waterpark and shopping centre next door.

There was no pool that was freely accessible to use. Our room air conditioner did not work properly. The door to the balcony did not close properly. The lady at the front counter was unwilling to help with a hop on hop off bus tour for my family.

Overall stay was OK.

The location and the closeness of the property to Wild Wild Wet and also the Down Town East shopping center. And also the availability of he ceiling fan in the room which was a plus since the aircon in our room was a bit warm even with the air-conditioning on.

The room that was given, we have requested the room with four beds but instead was given a room with 2 double beds which made one of us sleeps on the floor.

An out-door type hotel. Quiet huge. It was a resort. We got lost to find the room. And no porter to assist us.

I’m pleasurable comfy stay

The location and size of the rooms and the comfort was great

Nothing- we wished we had stayed for the 2 weeks rather than going to a 2nd hotel for the 2nd week

The stay was pleasant,enjoyable and memorable.

The location is super nice & feel peace when u stay At D'Resort.

The minimart area cleanliness not pleasant enough,when I went to the cafe at midnight rubbish scattered around on table & area. The minimart pricing should be label/tag for easy convenience for customers,the rest is good

So Good.

Awesome. Love the view. Close to airport. Liked the Hotel Bus to the station and back. Easy transport. Close to shopping centres. Rooms and Bathrooms were clean.

AC was a bit too loud. Not cold enough when needed. Was unsure of how to open the hot water but figured it out as we were leaving.

No bed linen

Location, as it is near airport what we needed

Room floor sticky. There were no bed linen!!! Only sheet, pillow and blanket but no bed linen. Unbelivable. And as the floor was sticky, just imagine the feeling when you need to lay down on the bed.

Location was great for family. It was close to the airport, water park and beach. We love the nature around it.

Great location with a waterpark nearby!

staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. celebrated my fiancé’s birthday here and they served us complimentary chocolates and a birthday card. thanks! ❤️

Very safe for families

It was a 30 minute taxi ride to get any of the tourist attractions. Water park was not really interesting for our kids

The amenities in the room were good. A baby crib was provided and the hotel did their best to accommodate my family's needs.

would have liked some small cartons of milk rather than just creamer, and more sachets of coffee (2 per room, one each). The bathroom smelled like the drains had an issue. There needs to be more clarity as to what you get for each room, eg balcony, floor level, view, size when booking.

We were staying here as we had never been to this part of Singapore before.

We arrived very late in the night from the airport and the Reception staff member was both welcoming and helpful, even granted us the request for checking out later by 1 hour the next morning.

The hotel was rather devoid of guests - the sense of being deserted

The staff was very friendly and nice environment. I‘ve just booked another 2 nights with them.

The room was spacious and bed size was big.

There was a sound from the bathroom all night, sounded like water dripping inside the sink. I was too tired, managed to sleep through with the sound.
