We received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The apartment is clean.
Water supply was interrupted between 06:30 and 07:30, causing water to stop while i was showering. From 07:30 until we left the room to check out, there was no warm water supply.

Lovely, Clean Property, but Noise Management Needs Improvement
The property itself is lovely, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, what could have been a very pleasant stay was overshadowed by excessive noise from a group of guests.
As a solo traveller, I found the noise levels extremely uncomfortable, particularly as they continued into the evening. I called reception four times and eventually had to go downstairs myself at approximately 10 p.m. to address the situation.
I eventually encountered a supervisor who was leaving for the evening. To her credit, she intervened and managed to bring the noise under control, which I appreciated.
My disappointment, however, lies in the lack of proactive noise management. Guests should not have to repeatedly complain before reasonable noise levels are maintained, particularly later in the evening.
It is genuinely unfortunate because the property has so much going for it. Cleanliness and the overall condition of the accommodation were excellent. More attentive management of noise would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
