The food was very good, restaurants
The state rooms wasn't as expected, A/C low performance, beds were too small, buildings without elevator

Tbh the hotel is designed very well and managed very well. I liked almost everything. The hotel layout, food, the beach. The peacocks and animals on the grounds was a highlight for kids. I liked the jungle forest on the territory and that the property is decentralised, so you don’t see too many people.
I didn’t like that we were tricked into ‘a hotel tour’ and a free massage, which ended up being a 90
mins sales pitch. If we knew that it was a sales pitch of a membership, we wouldn’t have accept it. Not great to waste the whole morning and have a breakfast with a starcher, when all we and kids wanted was just to go to the beach.

It was an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The food was great — the buffets were generous, with good‑quality dishes, plenty of options, and lots of variety. There were different themed meals every day. The natural environment was fantastic, and the interaction with nature and wildlife within the resort was very well designed. There is also direct access to the beach.
There are no negative points, only opportunities for improvement: the rooms, although spacious and comfortable, would benefit from some upgrades, as they show a bit of age.

The big benefit : Very nice hotel grounds : tropical forest with animals; nicew long beach
Hotel maintenance : No hot water in the room ( was fixed fter complains); bad air condition " was not fixed during our styay; burned electric bulbs and all of this is in the best room : ocean access suit
