Very good

The family were sweet and accommodating. They even upgraded my room and provided complimentary laundry and dinner one evening. Wonderful location for Shimla, great views from the rooms and very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Best HomeStay in Shimla!!!

Everything is as it is advertised. This is a Homestay located in a hilly area of Shimla with a Magnificent view over the entire city. Rooms were spacious, clean and newly renovated. The road to the homestay is picturesque and filled with nature. You can walk from the accommodation to Mall Road on this path. The owner's son Mr. Ankur is quite fluent in English and he was quite helpful from the beginning. He even made video calls to direct us towards his accommodation. And he went the extra mile to assist us with the sightseeing throughout Shimla and on our way back. We had delicious homemade Indian cuisine and they treated us like their own. The room had a splendid view and was equipped with WiFi. And the cool thing is they are doing their best to upgrade their rooms constantly to give a better experience for their guest. Will surely visit again.

The beds can be comfier and the availability of heating appliances would be nice.

Excellent breakfast & food but expensive as well...view from balcony is awesome

Parking is the biggest issue...It was mentioned that the parking is available but it was not so...We had parked our car with difficulty once we reached the property...& Parking was not available for the rest of our stay...We had to park our car to a location of other property.

Very familiar atmosphere. The family cared very much about all things and helped us wherever they could. When we got sick they even provided medicine and things to eat. Food was also good.

You have to take care of the monkeys ;)

Great place to stay within a 30 minute walk of the centre.

The family are lovely and will do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Helped me to book train tickets for journeys I was making later on my travels, so saved me a lot of hassle. (Even printed them off for me). Meals can be taken at the property at an extra charge. I had dinner the night I stayed and it was very tasty. The walk to The Mall is very pleasant and takes about 30 mins. Sunsets from the room in the rooftop are STUNNING.

Nice place to stay with family

Friendly hosts, spacious and clean rooms and beautiful view. Daily Breakfasts were too good.

The location was a bit far from center, but it was a nice walking trek to City center and even mall road...

We had a really nice stay here. The rooms are basic but cosy. All the amenities work perfectly (Hot water, electric heater, kettle, TV) The main reason we enjoyed staying here was the family that runs it. So friendly and welcoming. The hospitality was spot on. Always available but not overwhelming. The homemade food was some of the best we've had since being in India. All for a reasonable price. It's a 15/20 min walk into the centre but you get some incredible views along the way. 😊

This is a great homestay, run by a very friendly and helpful family! The room was spacious, clean, modern, and with a nice bathroom. The hospitality from the family was fantastic! Ankur provided instructions to the cab driver to find the place, helped to plan my stay, gave me directions to Mall Road/The Ridge and most importantly, helped me to get a ticket for the UNESCO Shimla Toy Train despite it being very difficult to get tickets! The home cooked food from the family was also great, and you eat in the family home which is a nice touch! The homestay is located around 15-20 min walk to Mall Road/The Ridge and the walk has absolutely stunning views of the hills/valley, and yet is in a quiet area where locals are very friendly, so it's a nice place to also relax.

Size of rooms and washrooms, we booked a room but they give us the whole apartment. It is basically a home stay. It is like home away from home. They provided us home cooked delicious food. Views from the room were awesome. They also provided us pickup and drop facility by cab which is chargeable but at very nominal charges. It is best for families and couples.

The location of the homestay is little bit far from the mall road and that's why it is good for peace loving people.

Kind of a budget stay in Shimla

The location was very nice. The view towards the backside of the apartment was really awesome. The apartment owner was really very nice. He will guide you all the way to Shimla and the local sightseeing. There is also a cab facility on the pay basis.

Note: This is not a hotel. I also came to know about this once I reach there. So, don't expect a fancy hotel type ambience there in your room. It's just simply a room. With a bed and a plastic chair and table set.

A home away home for all the travellers !

The hospitality , the humbleness , the ever smiling owners , the delicious food, the location everything we liked! They also provide cab facilities with a very reasonable rate. We felt like our own home and missing it after coming back. Lots of love and respect for the owners who stood beside us during odd hours. It's a very safe and convenient place for Solo travellers too!

Uncle & aunty are beautiful people, really kind. The breakfast was amazing! Aunty’s parathas were the best! The homestay is situated in a peaceful place & is near to all the main attractions of Shimla. Uncle is a great guide too. He helped us figure out what to explore & how to reach there. Highly recommended!

Excellent and suitable for any kind of traveler.

Traffic free area and good location for sight seeing. Home food provided for all and polite in answering any questions. if you are coming for the first time to shimla, then it’s a stop for you. Just come and stay here, rest will be taken care with proper planning as Apartment owner has more than 30years of living experience here.

little far from market, if you want something you need taxi and good thing is everything is available from here.
