This waterfront townhome, including 2 King size beds, 2 twin beds, and a pyramid bunk, is perfect for your next lake getaway! With two outdoor pools and one indoor community pool plus direct lake access, you can spend your entire day relaxing out by the water without ever having to leave the property. Enjoy the easy entrance immediately in front of this townhome with the door only steps away. A cozy great room features a comfortable living area with lots of seating. The open concept floor plan starts in the kitchen, which has plenty of counter space and comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare dinner for the whole family. There is additional seating for 4 at the bar so friends can gather to chat while cooking. The dining area has ample seating for 6 at the table. The Master King bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom ensuite. The kids will love the bedroom on this level that features 2 Twin/Single Beds and has access to a full bathroom in the hallway. There is another sleeping area off the kitchen with a pyramid bunk twin over double for your group to spread out. The top floor features a King bedroom and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This level also has an office area with a day bed available. The three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional sleeping areas allow the home to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Off the living area, a screened-in deck is a perfect place to kick your feet back and unwind with a glass of wine at the end of a fun filled lake day. In all our stays at Bernard’s Landing we’ve never had such rainy weather. However, the screened in porch at this property provided a sense of being outside without being in the inclement weather!! We appreciated that!

The house was large and comfortable for our group of 7 during our 4 day stay - all rooms and spaces as advertised. Just steps from the beautiful lake front. We had a wonderful stay with friends & family. Community of Bernard's Landing is quiet and convenient. Only negatives: somewhat less clean than expected on arrival. And an unexpected "surprise" email 5 days before check-in: linen service is on top/extra cost ($205). Or bring your own. Also: pack your own toilet paper.

This property was such a joy to stay in. Everything and more than we saw on line. Spacious clean nicely appointed at beautiful spot right on the water at Smith Mountain Lake. Property manager was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY helpful in securing this perfect vacation home. They were professional and timely in helping us get set up there. Could not have been a more positive experience thanks to their assistance. I highly recommend!!!

What a beautiful location!!! The lake and mountains were so calming and peaceful. The home was very comfortable and plenty spacious for our family of 6. Did not even need the 4th bedroom with the bunks. Our daughter absolutely loved the upstairs room with the daybed under the window- so cheerful! The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening glasses of wine looking out over the lake. Pin pong table in the garage was a total bonus!! Loved the docks to sit and watch the sunrise and set and stargaze! Hope to be back again one day.

At first glance this property seemed to be as advertised but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the place along with the whopper- hot water for only about a quarter of our 2 night stay. It was boiling hot the first evening, cold til they fixed it the next afternoon, then after 1 shower it was cold again. We will not be returning.
