We stayed for a week. The weather was perfect. This well-equipped house made our stay even more enjoyable, even with temperatures reaching 30°C+. There was air conditioning, and the pool was regularly cleaned. The entire house was generally well-maintained. We were three couples, and each of us had a separate bedroom with a separate bathroom. This added to the comfort of our stay. I would definitely return. The location is excellent for daily trips to explore Tuscany.
The Wi-Fi was slow. We used our phones because we had better internet 5G.

Het is een heel fijn huis, ruim en met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembad.
Als je met een paar mensen hebt gedoucht dan duurt het daarna even tot de airco weer werkt. Dat is niet erg alleen op hele warme dagen kan dat soms even lastig zijn.

Sehr großes, gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Haus für einen ganz alleine, es ist sehr weitläufig, keine angrenzenden Nachbarn, perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist

Der Check in ist problemlos. Andrea, der Besitzer ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten vor Ort. Auch wenn es mal was zu regeln gibt, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Haus/Technik/Katze geben sollte. Das Haus ist riesig, wir haben nur zu zweit dort gewohnt, es hätten aber 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern Platz gehabt. Alle Zimmer (außer für die Kinder) haben ein eigenes Bad)
Der Pool ist prima. Wer einen ruhigen Aufenthalt wünscht, ist hier genau richtig, für Ausflüge braucht es ein Auto.
Ich persönlich fand die Stühle in der Küche sehr unbequem 😅. Und es gab leider nur Espresso-Kaffeemaschinen😅😅. Wer Filterkaffee o.a. möchte, sollte sich eine eigene Maschine mitnehmen.
