Well establish home for the elderly, so cleanliness assured and facilities modern and up and running. Very large and quiet rooms with generous balcony and quality furniture. Pool table, gym and swimming pool an added bonus. It's basicaly a 4 star mini-resort hotel with 30-40 aged people dotted around enjoying activities. Only a 50m walk to tram station helps a lot as well. We didn't state a preference for courtyard or city view, so don't forget to ask which you would like.
The air-con was a noisy pipe out of the window type which seemed counter productive with such large glass doors and brought the comfort of the room down. The high tech fans didn't actualy blow where you needed them. So it could have been better for comfort, especialy at night time, but we did stay during a heatwave. Possibly some rooms have proper split systems?

Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour un deux pièces impeccable, pour deux nuits.
La petite piscine vide le matin tôt et le soir tard est un délice. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. Les résidents sont très aimables.
Vous êtes dans un centre pour personnes âgées, en immersion. Parfois l’odeur dans les couloirs vous le rappelle. Certains résidents délirants aussi! La piscine est petite (il n’y a pas de spa).

La tranquillité, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse des résidents et du personnel d’accueil.
Nous avions des serviettes à dispo ainsi que peignoir de douche.
Piscine disponible et pas trop fréquentée.
L’intérieur est spacieux ça fait plus appartement de résident que hôtel ce qui est top si l’on veut de l’espace et c’était bien équipé.
Literie confortable même si 1 lit double aurait été préférable à 2 lits collés mais pas super dérangeant au final.
Manque de climatisation, il faisait 28 degré dans l’appartement température extérieur 40 , avec un seul ventilateur c’était un peu limite mais pour 3 nuits supportable
