Great amount of room in the living area enough to have maybe a two seater couch in there, for a little more comfy seating.
Everything in general was fine, possibly not having the towels changed more frequent

Very comfortable, clean modern apartment. A good size room, with good facilities, and professional, welcoming staff. No noise from surrounding rooms or in the corridors, and mostly quiet outside. Trams and buses to the centre within a 10 minute walk.
The hotel is on the edge of a residential area of tower blocks, which I wouldn't have wanted to walk through alone at night, but the main road is well lit and felt safe.

It was very clean and nicely presented. However, it was 25 minute walk from the Chartrons tram stop so not sure you could call it “Chartrons”. The area where it is located was not so pleasant. Even if it was accessible by tram and bus from the centre and airport
It was not located in the Chartrons district. So the name was a little misleading. Also at night you could hear other noisy guests slamming doors and being loud and inconsiderate.

A room was available when most of Bordeaux was booked up for a large sporting event. Nice reception staff.
Smelled like old carpet in room as well as halls. Sparse and dated look to hallways and room. Dark room, uncomfortable mattress. Needs updating to look fresh, smell fresh and feel cleaner, with more style, especially for the high price in a not so great location, far from center. Would not return unless only room in town which is what happened to me because of a a large sporting event - the European Company Sports Games - all rooms were booked near the center of Bordeaux.
