Breakfast was nice and location for what we wanted and needed was ideal.
Bed was really uncomfortable and caused us both to have stiff and bad backs. On night 2 of 3 we asked for additional pillows but never received them.
No tea making facilities within the room.

Hotel is very new, bed is comfortable, very decent breakfast, good value for money. Area is lovely with parked boats, nice to have a walk there
- if windows open, it is very noisy obviously but with closed window a it’s a good sound isolation and air con gives good air circulation.
- I was lacking kettle, tea cups and tea, that would be very nice to have. To relax in the evening after long day.

Clean and Spacious room.
Breakfast.very poor.when we arrived they run out of everything. No croissants, no bread no jam and no milk...this was the breakfast. And the excuse was that they had a group.
