Hotel was well located with easy access to the city centre and train station. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. The check-in staff were fabulous and a special shout-out to Valentina. Bubbly and extremely helpful she made my day especially after a long drive!

Coming from the train station, we were able to walk to the hotel. The lobby area is clean and modern and the staff member who checked us in was exceptionally friendly. The room was generally clean and we appreciated that each room had good ironing equipment.
There were a lot of stains on the carpet in the room and the walls were very scuffed. Our shower gel was empty when we checked in and was not refilled during the entire stay. While the breakfast food was tasty, the coffee and juice tasted awful and charging 4€ extra for a fried egg when the breakfast already costs 22€ pp is ridiculous. The hotel is quite far from the city center.

Room size and decor, good charging points, liked the option of single beds in room
Mould on bathroom sealant, only one chair in room, pillows not the most comfortable , orange juice very watered down

Beds bed linen were comfortable.
Staff pleasant.
At breakfast the items were not available. I had to ask for bacon, ham, coffee machine was broken.
Shampoo in the room was not refilled.
There is not bar or sitting are on Sunday. The area available on Monday was not very inviting.
