NIce room, excellent shower, good outlook over the lake. Excellent location beside the tramway into the city.
Room was noisy the first night with some concert outside involving loud drumming! Didn't think much of the restaurant menu. Poor signage to access hotel by car from city direction.

The breakfast was Ok.
Although it was so busy a lot of the food bowls were empty often and it took a very long time to replenish.
The coffee also could truly use an upgrade, even the machine had milk option coffees
The check in service was excellent. From there it was slightly downhill.
No soap in the room, the shower was blocked and the safe didn’t work. We reported all but nothing was sorted.
