Very modern and clean hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Easy to locate.
The tv would not connect to internet so wasn’t able to use it :(

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, with the view of the lake and the tram for easy travel to the city.
The toilet cistern was faulty, and was continually filling with water. This was noisy and not environmentally friendly.
The iron was broken and damaged our clothing. A reimbursement for the clothing has been offered.
The fitness room was not well equipped. 1 Dumbell only. Towels weren't available in the fitness room.
The gate to the pool was broken, jamming and dangerous. The ladder into the pool was loose and dangerous.
The air-conditioning was in efficient. We had to leave it on 24/7 to keep our room somewhat cool. Not environmentally friendly.

"Very nice hotel outside Bordeaux. The tram is in front of the hotel, ideal to commute to the city. Nice views and very nice decorations all over the hotel. Breakfast was great and a lot of facilities ..."
