Location near cite du vin et le point hydraulic
Nothing really but we had to advise of a few things needing mending - not their fault really. I do not think anyone tells the reception. they were very grateful- small things to be fixed - bottle opener broken, battery needed for one of the TV controllers, hinge loose!

I had a wonderful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped.
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient for exploring Bordeaux, with easy access to the city and nearby amenities.
I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the property. Everything was well organized and made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend Residhome Aparthotel Bordeaux to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Bordeaux!

Location
Lack of Air-Conditioning. Moved rooms at 11.30 at night, when staff knew it was a hotel issue. So moved to another room, after unpacking to go into hotter room,
With no view. Downgraded for nothing.
