Location, simple hotel

It was clean!
It felt like poorly equipped student accommodation. We had one of the ‘best’ rooms- a roof top room with a private terrace. There was no water in the room, no fridge and no wardrobe. The terrace is not private at all, it’s basically shared with the room next to you, separated by some plants, so you can fully see and hear your neighbours. The furniture on the terrace is so uncomfortable, I’m very small yet when I sat on the hammock, I was touching the floor and the chairs are metal so get both hot and are awful to sit on, we found the floor the best place to sit. The coffee tasted like hot milk and the breakfast was average to poor. If you paid a ‘budget’ price, you would be happy, but to pay nearly £150 for one night, we were disappointed. The staff are friendly though!
