Staff and their support for facilities. really is good spot if having conference meetings. i could keep my luggage in advance and the property were prompt to respond via message during the working hours.

i am a happy returning guest and will book again next year. the place is comfortable, clean and it s very close to where i need to be.

The staff deserve a special mention, as they were all very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was nice, and the bathroom was spacious, with the shower having good pressure. I think the best thing about this hotel was the free parking and close proximity to the tram stop that takes you straight downtown in 20 minutes.
Our bathroom STANK of mould. It was unbearable, and it didn't get any better throughout our stay. Also, you can only get served beer and/or coffee at the bar between 16:00 and 22:00. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and they don't serve lunch or dinner. We didn't choose the breakfast option so I can't comment on its quality.
