Welcoming and helpful Front Desk staff. Lemon mint water upon entrance. Spacious, modern and clean apartment, spa and breakfast dining room. Central location close to supermarket and inside shops. Wonderful area for strolling, shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe entire time.
The parking garage was confusing but another guest helped us, Thankfully

This was a welcome hybrid accommodation: a spacious, well designed and equipped studio apartment, with 24/7 human staffed reception. There was always someone and they were always, friendly, full of information and eager to be of assistance. A restaurant was available in the ground floor for breakfast if you preferred. An excellent supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk. Many sites were within walking distance and tram stops were nearby for longer sojourns, including the airport - very convenient. Also surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, coffee shops, shopping etc.
Everything was great. Would be happy to stay longer.

Bordeaux was exceptionally hot and our very spacious studio had lovely air conditioning and good facilities.

I had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to offer good value for money. The location was excellent: very central and conveniently accessible by public transport from both the airport and the train station. The room was clean and comfortable.
The furniture and decoration are somewhat dated, and there were a few signs of wear in some areas, but everything was well maintained enough for a short stay. For a few nights, this was not a major issue at all. Overall, a good choice if you are looking for a centrally located hotel with convenient public transport connections and a reasonable price.
