prima locatie en prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Locatie is perfect. hotelingang is klein net zoals de rest van het hotel. Het hotel heeft geen echte lobby. maar ziet er prima uit. Kamers zijn nieuw en schoon.

cramped room, loud noise early in the morning

the room was very small, and we could not stand up straight. They changed what was probably a store room under a sloping roof into something that they sell as a 3 bedroom apartment. Furthermore the room was situated directly next to the breakfast room, so we were awoken at 7:00 by sounds of clinking plates and loud talking Italian tourists. We said that we did not want to stay anymore and wanted our money back for the nights to come: they refused. So we left and ended up paying for nights not spent, for services not given. This hotel has "Happyculture"in their name, but their culture definitely did not make us happy.

Friendly and helpful greeting. knowledgably staff. Very central location

Substantial water leak from the toilet that made the bathroom floor constantly wet. It was reported immediately but nothing was done about it.

L'emplacement

les travaux, la saleté et la vétusté. Il est inadmissible de réserver une chambre dans un hôtel en plein travaux, au milieu de la poussière (crise d'asthme) . La photo de la chambre standard réservée sur le site booking n'avait rien à voir avec la réalité (nous avons de nombreuses photos pour appuyer nos réclamations).

great location but poor facilities unfortunately

staff were very friendly and accommodating, location was brilliant.

I was very disappointed regarding the cleanness of the hotel and had to moved bedrooms due to stains on my bedsheets. Hotel room was only ever half cleaned and all seemed a little random. bins weren’t empty, cups never replaced with clean ones and I found random towels in my room on a chair. hard to tell if clean or dirty, but weren’t mine

Good location. Plenty of restaurants & bars in a nice area. The staff were amazing . When my husband left a bag in a taxi, they helped us track it down. Stephanie made multiple phone calls & organised taxis for us so that we could retrieve the bag which contained medications & a passport. Nothing was too much trouble & no extra charges.

Hotel in great location but room was poorly equipped and bathroom was ridiculously small .

Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was across the road which was easy to manage with the hotel explaining us the details. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable.

Our room was small but to be expected ,however there was no mini fridge in the room to store fresh milk, no drinking glasses to have beer etc and also no safe for added piece of mind. The bathroom was so small that the door into the bathroom did not open fully. Unable to open the shower screen that was meant to be opened over the bath to get into the bath/shower, but due to the size of the bathroom this made getting into the shower very tricky.

Super location, friendly staff, comfortable room

So central - just off the main shopping street. Everything Bordeaux has to offer within walking distance. Tram and bus to railway station and airport nearby. Staff were super friendly and gave great tips on places to go and restaurants. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

A reasonable on-site breakfast option. Coffee and croissant ridiculously expensive in the immediate area.

The personnel was really friendly,polite,helpful and always with a smile. The location was just in the center of the city. The breakfast is satisfying. I will come back for sure.

Overall good stay with value for money.

Central location. Everything is at walking distance. Clean rooms, good staff. Breakfast was good. Had enough options for a vegetarian like me.

Room was very small, especially the shower area. Only a thin slim person can fit into it.

Location was amazing and they had a TV that was able to connect to the mobile phone and watch some content from streaming services.

It wasn’t very clean and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
