We really liked interior of the room, it was like from a magazine. Location is also great, directly in a centrum - everything is assessable by a short walk. Parking garage is just across the street.

The front desk staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. They were all outstanding, particularly Stephanie.
The location was excellent and convenient for restaurants and sightseeing. The room was slightly noisy in the evening from the cafe below but it added to the atmosphere. The room was comfortable with good pillows and we appreciated the availability of tea and coffee making facilities. The small breakfast room supplied an adequate meal.
We had a most enjoyable holiday and would recommend this hotel.

The elevator was very slow, used by the cleaning staff and holding it at certain floors.
