dark rooms - room had a strong cigarette odour, air conditioning did not work properly, curtain a nuisance on bathroom. overall the room was far to dark to get dressed or prepare for the day. it needs more bright lighting.

the staff are so friendly! they helped us in finding restaurants dpecigic to our needs. they are very flexible and accom

it’s so central, it’s close to everything (there are 2 laundromats near the hotel)! and there are lots of good restaurants around this hotel. the room and bathroom are big and it was a nice surprise to see the bathrobes.

the air-con system is not cool enough.

Great location and helpful staff .

The staff were particularly helpful. I had a nice balcony. The breakfast was served quickly and it was a varied choice.

I recommend this hotel for its central location and cleanliness.

Check in went smoothly. Although not onsite, parking was close enough in a public garage. Staff will give you a ticket to get in the car park and you pay at the hotel reception when you leave. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and location was great for us.

Small, comfortable and friendly boutique hotel in centre of Bordeaux . Would stay again

Very efficient check-in. Took 20 seconds. Unlike most hotels that ask for signatures, card details, passport, email address, etc. Comfortable room. Nice interior design. Friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast.

We had an enjoyable stay and will return to this hotel.

We arrived early and could check in immediately which helped us to make more of our day. Staff friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Good wifi. Great location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Grand Theatre. Bathroom (shower only) was large and spacious. Room very comfortable and quiet with excellent air-con.

Quirky design in the room obstructed its best use. For example a large floor lamp obstructed the bathroom door and a TV was wall mounted in the area you would sit behind the (tiny) desktop (bumped head!). In general room was a little over furnished for its size. Room 24.

Perfect location for exploring Bordeaux on foot. Design-conscious hotel rooms. High quality beds and linen. Some rooms with balcony. Great service at 24 hour reception.

Exceptional would recommend to anyone and definitely will return on my next visit to Bordeaux

Exceptional cannot find fault in anything. Staff very nice and helpful, they indicated all the sights to visit and more. Room extremely clean and a very good size. Hotel in the centre but off the main road. Breakfast abundant and they catered for my coealic condition.

Would have appreciated a bit more TV Channels in English .

Excellent home-like bedroom with a big comfortable bed. Street without traffic at night. Excellent breakfast. VERY friendly young staff

The room was comfortably warm during an unusual cold spell early April. Bathroom and toilet were cold though

There was building work to the facade of the building next door but our room was located at the back of the hotel so we did not hear a thing. Simple, stylish interior.

Located in a quiet and very elegant part of the city, within easy reach of all the main sites. Staff was helpful and polite. Amazing beds.

Single room way too small for this price: the bathroom was essentially in the hallway and there was not much space by the bed either.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Friendly, helpful and their English much better than my French.

Great Location for our needs. Didn't try the breakfast, so cannot comment.

Black accent wall in our room made the room extremely dark, although there were many lamps available. Noise from upstairs room was audible although not exactly a problem since we were already awake.

Fantastic value in a great location

We enjoyed the entire stay here! The room was a great size for the value and was extremely quiet, which allowed for good rest. The staff was amazing and helped us with many things like printing off tickets to events and helping us set up transport to and from the hotel.

Everything was great! I have no negative feedback.
