staff very helpful. room was large with a big bathroom area, the shower was exceptional. good quality towels. tea and coffee Nespresso machine and bottle of chilled water in the mini fridge. Restaurant on 6th floor with terrace overlooking the river, served good food by friendly staff. Location 10 minute walk from train station and main tram stop.
no egg boiling bath. area was a bit run down felt a bit unsafe walking to hotel from station at night.

Our room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom a good size, staff were courteous and helpful.
The hotel offered a restaurant and bar with a great outlook not far from the Garonne river. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did enjoy a drink at the bar after a day of sightseeing which we enjoyed.
Maybe the location, although less than a 10 minute walk to Gare Saint Jean, we had to walk through a slightly undesirable area to get there. The actual property was great.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The hairdryer didn't work. The shower sprayer was not properly attached to the wall. There was hair inside a folded "clean"towel. Not in the best part of town. Though they serve breakfast till 10AM, they weren't refilling serving platters when we got there at 9:30.
