We arrived early and the staff looked after our bags for 6 hours until we checked in. The same also happened when we left. An excellent service. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cooked, yoghurts, fruit and pastries.
The directions from the tram stop could be expanded from when one alights from the tram eg which direction to turn in for when ones phone does not work. Also is St Bruno the best stop to alight at? A Hot chocolate option for breakfast would be good.

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and could not be more helpful. Room was a good size and very comfortable. There was a great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast which was very enjoyable.

The staff were very helpful
The location was not in the old town and it was in an area of brutalist concrete buildings. The hotel was three star rather than 4 star as billed
