Loved the location! Especially the Cathedral across the street and the bakery on the ground floor. The apartment is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the tram.
The stairs are narrow and windy, so getting bags to the room was a struggle. The kitchenette lacked a tea/dish towel and napkins and even though there is a cooktop, don't plan to cook as there are no pots or pans (though who wants to cook with all the great restaurants nearby!)

Fantastic location in the Chanteron with it’s bistros and cafes. We had the Kerkomard suite on the 2nd floor which was beautifully furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture. It was a wonderful space to be in and we chose to eat lunch and breakfast in most days.The view is of the church across the street. It has full blackout blinds throughout. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast or a light lunch
The small terrace at the back only has views of the backs of surrounding buildings. The stairs to the second floor are quite steel if you have a heavy suitcase

Loved the location with local bakery below, fresh fruits store next door and lots of restaurants nearby. Also loved the high floor-to-ceiling windows that let the light in and opened to see the spires of the cathedral across the street and the jasmine vines that wrapped around the French balcony. Wow! The decor is retro chic but the bathroom is more contemporary which is perfect for me.
Perhaps a little curtain at the entry way of the glass enclosure shower stall.
A bit struggling with the luggages to the first floor which is actually the second floor of the building with a beautifully curved staircase.
