Beds extremely comfortable, good quality linens, didn't hear a sound at night. Very impressive considering we were in the center of the city,
Parking is a bit of a pain. No place to really stop in front of the hotel to unload baggage so you have to pull into a place across the street which is an entrance to a parking area and hope nobody comes in or goes out. The Hotel uses a public parking garage which is several blocks away.

Near Bordeaux centre, staff were extremely helpful. One of us was sick and they allowed a late checkout. Suggested some good restaurants to us, and they arranged a great taxi to the airport.

pleasant room, quiet, and made up well by room service
Be aware there is an excellent and easy to use tram service in Bordeaux and you will need to use if for this hotel unless you take taxis.
bathroom corners (tired), didn't need sanitary products but the container was empty if you did...
when i had to cancel a taxi because I was unsure it would get me to the station on time, the guy was huffy and miffed....I needed to catch a train and therefore could not take risks, so I chose to walk and got the train.
The breakfast was mostly processed food and meagre offerings, although there were some very nice cakes
