Spacious room, huge bed, excellent air con, immaculately clean, felt very new, room safe, small kitchenette with nespresso machine and fridge.5 minute walk to the rail station.
Immediate area around the hotel felt safe but a little run down(not unusual near train stations). There was no corkscrew in the room and reception did not have one either - this needs immediate action by the management, this is Bordeaux after all!!!

Super nice staff, almost in the centre of Bordeaux, very good restaurants nearby. I love that I could do my laundry there as I was on longer trip. Water station at the reception and mini kitchen with fridge was also a big plus!
Breakfasts could be nicer, more pastries? There is some club/bar near the hotel which made the street some days very noisy.

It was cheap
Not cleaned properly.
We had a burst pipe in our room and they had nowhere to move us to. Didn’t even get offered breakfast as compensation let alone a refund for that night
