Beach Place #405 is a very cute and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is available at popular Beach Place Condos. This 1,360 square foot home sleeps up to eight and is near all the top amenities! Perfect family designed retreat is ready for your vacation to begin. Free Wifi You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Step inside this bright, open floor plan and discover an updated kitchen with newer appliances and granite countertops. With all the utilities provided, and lots of space, cooking on your vacation has never been easier. The living area contains a dining table for up to six people, as well as comfortable furniture and large screen television. The outside balcony offers a nice view of popular John's Pass Village, which is conveniently located across the street. All bedrooms in this unit provide wonderful accommodations, televisions and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. The master bedroom and second guest room both have 2 queen beds, while the third contains 1 queen bed. The bathrooms, like every SunHost property are spotless and meticulously prepared for your visit. Linens for all beds, extra pillows, and sufficient towels for your stay are provided. This unit offers free WIFI, washer and dryer and 2 assigned parking spots. Please note, there is no visitor parking. This is a non smoking home. We stayed here last year with friends, like it so I booked it for my family. The condo 4058 has really gone down since last year chair and table missing on the balcony. TV controls all missing backs plates with chips in them. I would stay again but look for another condo to rent. WE LOVE the location.

We found the location fantastic. There was plenty of great restaurants and things for our group of ages 17 and up. No fault of the condo but we did have people above us making a lot of noise. I don't know if they were remodeling or what but 1am. is too late.

We have stayed in Beach Place on our first visit to the area so we were thrilled to be returning!The condo was perfect proximity to everything we needed.The beds were amazing. The second bathroom was a bit run down but water pressure and temperature of water was perfect.We would definitely stay again.

Unit was as described. View was wonderful & nice to have the app show what your view will be. Adequate amount of towels & kitchen supplies. Some laundry soap would have been nice but we bought it. Plenty room to hang out for 6 adults in the unit. Very nice reclining couch & recliner. Nice to have TV in each room. Nice pool with plenty space and shade if needed. Direct access to the beach. Great location to utilize Johns Pass.

No problems with the condo. Our family loves it there. I think your elevator could use some work. Was not very happy with a group of people at the pool the first week that were drinking and throwing jello shots into the pool from balconies.

Overall, a great vacation. A couple things to work on though. The floors weren't very clean, sand present when we arrived. The hot water heater is set way too hot, potential injury waiting to happen. The attitude during check in (Stacy) was far less than desirable. I've been staying at Beach Place for >15 years and fully understand the rules and procedures for this place. I was talked to like I was a 5 year old. We had a slight problem with the AC unit, we called the desk for help and got a similar response, not good. The maintenance man arrived and promptly corrected the problem. He was courteous and professional.

It was a great location being across from the boardwalk but facing the bridge and the public parking lot was very loud at night with people hanging out, playing loud music and racing cars in circles around the lot. If we stay here again we will get a unit facing the gulf or the building farther away from public parking. The condo itself was very nice and clean. We loved the nice electric recliner. Would have been nice to have ice maker working but not a big deal. I would recommend this property but not this unit

Love the area, like SunHost, always book with them! This was however the worst property, very dated, furniture broken and worn, kitchen poorly equipped, not even a potholder, much less serving bowls or enough cups for coffee! Access to John's pass was awesome, but being over the parking lot where teens gather nightly with loud music and loud cars, terrible!

Location across from John's Pass was great. Condo was nice, but the beds could be improved. Master bathroom needs to have the shower fixed (it's a handicap shower which is fine, but water leaks out on to the floor). Overall, we had a fun time here.

Beach getaway
There's no better place to vacation than John's Pass. Everything you need is right there. The condo suited our needs however we had to give up the good beds to the kids and the double bed had a less desirable mattress and no ensuite. The condo came well equipped with essentials. Could use some more chairs for the patio and beach towels, but it didn't lessen our enjoyment of the property. Thanks very much for our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Very disappointed the pics are misleading
We decided to try a different property this year for our family vacation. The pics online made it look amazing and we were excited to stay. Upon walking into the condo that excitement died. It was NOT the place we thought we were getting. The floors were disgusting dirty. Left our feet BLACK within minutes of taking off our shoes. The bathrooms were NOT cleaned. The shower and tub had black debris along the bottom. The wall in the 2nd bathroom with the shower was gouged and had drywall exposed. We immediately went to the store and bought cleaning supplies as none were provided. After moving the rug in the living room so we could properly vacuum and mop the floors we saw what the floors looked like when they were installed. Pure white grout. The rest of the grout was black! The beds were old and hard as a rock. And made the loudest noise when you tried to roll over. The pipes make loud noises when you shower. We made the best of it as we couldn't hop into another one with our small children. It would have been a good place to stay if the owners actually took care of the property. Our grandparents stayed in the other beach place building and their condo was spectacular! Newer furniture, very clean and well kept. The owners of that condo should be proud. We spent most of our time over there. Next year I will do more research before booking just based off pictures alone.

We love staying at the Beach Place this year marked our 8th year of our family using Beach Place as our home in Florida, we rent 4 different condos for the week. I rented 405 it is a nice condo we’ve stayed in before this time we had some maintenance issues, smoke detector loose from ceiling, blinds in master fell off during adjusting to let light in, hurricane blinds on balcony broke off on gulf street side and could not be used. One of our main reasons for booking 405 since we had small children staying with us we like lowering them to the rail for safety. Peeling paint by sliding doors, bathroom cabinet shelves not put up, master bedroom closet shelf off the wall. Main concern no deadbolt or chain on frontdoor we worried about the kids getting out they could easily open the frontdoor when locked.
Thank you to maintance for fixing some of these problems. Overall it was an enjoyable week at Beach Place. I’m hoping the owners will get these problems fixed now that they have been reported.

The condo is cute and was a nice size for what we needed. The issue we experienced was due to the red tide the parking lot right next door is where they where dumping the dead fish. The smell was just dreadful you couldn’t sit by the pool in the morning a couple days.

Our Son and his family came from PA and we wanted to start a tradition by staying on the beach. Wow it was great to see dolphins everyday and grandsons loved watching drawbridge going up. Great to be right on beach and to safely walk under bridge to go on boardwalk at John’s Pass. We thought very nice how stocked unit was and having washer/dryer in unit. Condo was nice for the price. 4 adults and 2 children we had plenty of room. Next time we would like to have maybe totally ocean front as this is considered ocean front but you are on end facing the drawbridge. You can see side to right of ocean front. Staff was so friendly. Will definitely go back as we will want to make memories there with our grandsons. We liked the calmer Madeira Beach setting than mobs of ppl at Clearwater Beach. Thank you to owners of #405 the Gamble’s and to the staff of SunHost Resorts taking care of Beach Place.

Such a great time! The condo was the perfect amount of room for 4 adults and 4 kids! The laundry in the condo was super convenient. The location was perfect with the beach right here and Johns Pass right across the street! We Love Beach Place!

We had a great stay! The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable. Both rooms seemed to have been recently updated. The bedrooms were in need of a little TLC but they were still nice (hence 4 stars instead of 5). The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint and some decorations but we would definelty stay again! The building location was perfect, easy to get in/out, close to shops and bars. We were at the side of the building overlooking John's Pass and Bubba Gumps so traffic noise is quite loud. The trash shoot is right outside your door and you have people putting their garbage in there before 7am. Definitely not what we expected!!!!!!!
