ที่พักอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีอยู่ใกล้ร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ และคาเฟ่หลายร้าน สามารถเดินไปสะพานพระราม8 ตลาดเทเวศน์ และบางลำพูได้ไม่ไกลมาก ละแวกที่พักก็เงียบสงบไม่วุ่นวาย จำนวนห้องน้อย ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนมาอยู่บ้านเพื่อน ห้องพักของใช้ในห้องสะอาด Digital TV จอใหญ่สามารถ cast หน้าจอโทรศัพท์ขึ้นทีวีได้
เนื่องจากเป็นบ้านเก่า โครงสร้างที่พัก การตกแต่งและของใช้ในห้องจะเป็นสไตล์เก่า คนที่ไม่คุ้นเคยอาจจะกลัวได้ (ส่วนตัวเฉยๆ) คืนที่ไปพักมีช่วงเวลาที่ไฟตกและดับไป แต่เจ้าของที่พักอยู่ชั้นบนจึงสามารถแก้ไขได้ภายในเวลาไม่นานมาก

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut
Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster nach außen und sind nur durch sehr dünne Wände, oder teilweise ein Fenster (mit Vorhang) getrennt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber und eins davon hatte Kakerlaken. Die Kissen waren sehr hart
