Good location near the historic district of Bangkog. Very clean and modern room and great service at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast,
Although the room and the bed was pretty confortable I found that the bathroom was pretty small compared to the rest of the room, and the shower was not always working properly.

I was received by a ver rude front desk employee. He demanded I give him my personal email saying the booking email was not good. He insisted that if I left anything behind they would not contact me if I did not provide my personal email. After I refused he started to get mad and say "Let me explain it to you one more time" in the most condescending and rude way possible. Afterwards they told me I needed to leave a 1000 baht deposit in case I lost the plastic room card keys! I have never had to do that in any hotel and it seems outrageous to be charged for those plastic disposable keys. Then they said I had to download the hotel app if I wanted to pay less for room service, meaning you are charged extra if you don't download it. Lastly they said I needed to use the app if I wanted my room cleaned! What?! Otherwise I had to go to the lobby and personally request my room serviced!
I will never again go to that hotel, they are penny-pinching and trying to data mine their guests instead of focusing on hospitality.
