Peace. Well located.
I was very disappointed with an additional charge imposed by the hotel.
I was charged around €2 for a towel with a very small and light blood stain. The towel was not damaged — it simply had a minor stain that would normally be expected to come out during washing. However, I was told I had to pay because they “didn’t know if it would come out”.
What I found particularly unacceptable was that the towel had not even been washed yet. I was charged based purely on the possibility that the stain might not come out.
I paid the charge and then asked the receptionist to show me where this fee or policy was stated in the hotel’s terms and conditions. She was unable to show me any written policy or condition supporting the charge.
The €2 is obviously not the issue. The issue is charging guests for an item that has not been established as damaged, based on an unpublished policy that staff could not provide when specifically asked.
For me, this is a matter of transparency and principle, and I think future guests should be aware of it.

Staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room overlook the pool and the outdoor cinema screen. Room was modern and had everything you needed. The bed was huge and comfy plus the shower and the AC was effective. Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choices both Asian and Western. Location was spot on, close to many attractions and lots of eateries near by. Street is quite quiet at night and even in the daytime sitting outside the front of the hotel was nice in the coolish breeze, especially whilst drinking something cool or hot. Good place to stay whether you're young or old, a couple, solo traveler or with your family. Definitely recommend 👌.
Rather a lack of anything English speaking wise on the television, but that's not a deal breaker. The cinema at night is sometimes in English or English subtitles. Although some of the films were perhaps not suitable for children. Otherwise everything is good.
