The staff was super friendly and made us feel seen and welcome! I forgot my house keys and personal belongings in the safe before check out, but they sent them to me at the airport with delivery and made sure I got them before the plane left.
They really saved me and went out of their way to fix the problem.
The location was amazing. It was not in the middle of traffic, but still only a few minutes from busy Khaosan road and in a lively street.
The water taxi is super close, but the roof top terrace made us feel like we were in a super quiet and relaxing oasis.
The roof\ms were nice, and the ac cooled the room quickly. I liked that I could set the fan to low if I wanted a quiet night.
The breakfast was really nice and customizable.
The staff can't help it, but the bath is made in a way that makes it easy to get water on the floor. It wasn't a problem, just remember to not leave towels or clothing on the floor if that happens in your room.

In Bangkok old town and good location if you want to see the main temples, the grand palace, national museum, and don't mind traveling along the river on a boat. Tourist boat from nearby pier stops at all major locations along the river, 150 BHT for a day pass. Keep in mind though ferries don't come very often so plan before going to the pier as you could be waiting 20+mins. Hotel is far from the malls (and no nearby trainlines) and traffic could really eat up your time in Bangkok. From Siam Centre it's about 1-1.5 hr to the hotel. Rambutri 5mins walk. Khao San less than 10mins walk. Yaowarat around 40mins.
We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The staff are brilliant. Room made up every day and towels changed unless you put the "Do not disturb" sign.
Nice view from the rooftop pool, closes 10pm.

Breakfast has limited options and same every single day.
I didn't like getting in and out of the tub to shower, the low water pressure, and step down to the bathroom. They put signs to remind you of this step but it's really easy to forget and I did stub my foot on it (like a few travellers who also did).

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the welcoming and accommodating staff, convenience to shopping and restaurant and the awesome in house restaurant was a major plus.
Wish I got a room with balcony.

Good location and the Staff was nice. Shower doesn't get the whole bathroom wet.
My room was on the street and the traffic noise was loud. There's a small step down to get into the bathroom that is really easy to forget that it's there and fall off it. Or if you're coming the other way you kick it. I did not like getting in and out of a bathtub to take the shower.
