Best value for money holiday we have been in the last years. The highlight of this property is definitely the swimming pool, our kids love it. Well kept, clean and big enough to have fun . Lots of shades from the beautiful garden in the evening to keep away from heat and sunshine if you had enough during the day. Apartament was big and all you need for the stay, kitchen , dining table , the beds could use with a better mattress, some people might find it to soft … Property well located , quiet area , close to the amazing sandy beach ,with shallow clean waters which is about 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. We had a rental car which I would recommend for this location A very nice local shop within 5 minutes walk from the property with local produce and almost everything you need at reasonable price Fantastic place on the beach for pizza and coffee with some local patiserie products at very reasonable price and most amazing ice cream we ever had ! Big supermarket in the next village , 10 minutes drive . All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely we would like to be back in Sicily and specially in Cava D’aliga. We really love this place ! And in top of that the host, Vanessa tried her best to make us comfortable and she was absolute amazing as a host! Amazing communication, we had a late check in due our flight being late and she was very gracious about that with no issues. In the last day we had a late flight from Catania and she did offered a late check out , which bought us a bit more time for the kids to enjoy this amazing place and leave fresh to the airport ! A big thank you again and we would love to come back soon!

Not that we didn’t like , but I mention because other people might not like this ! No WiFi , we did not ned it but some might .. No washing machine, again we did not need it but it think will be good to be one in the future Bath set up , shower very close and over the toilet which we find a bit different, but we got use to it None of the above will stop us to come back to this amazing place . I think for the price of this place, overall is the best in the area !

Sehr gemütlich, die Kinder fühlten sich gleich wohl. Sehr schöner Poolbereich mein großer hat dort sogar das schwimmen gelernt:))

Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, und Wifi. Wäre für uns aber kein Grund nicht noch einmal dorthin zu fahren.

Location is nice, close to the beach. Swimming pool is very clean and spacious and the garden is beautiful and well-kept. there are parking spaces on the street in front of apartment. there is a terrace in the first floor apartment, with see view.

a poorly equipped kitchen, damaged pans and plates, only one air conditioning device (in the living room) for the whole apartment (this is not enough) you can use only 70 kW (electricity) per week, above 70 kW you have to pay extra (ca 0.89 EUR / kW) it is not allowed to use the pool between 2 pm-4pm, and if you want to use the pool both in the morning and in the afternoon, you have to pay extra 5 EUR. swimming pool is closed after 8pm. you must wash yourself thoroughly before entering the pool (but it was good I thing). and you must not use solar cream before swimming pool (landlady wrote us, that we can not use solar things because water is cloudy) in the end, the landlady decided that we should pay her for swimming in the pool all day, despite the fact that we went on about half a day excursions each day. fortunately we did not pay that. all furniture in the apartment is old and worn. the toilet in the bathroom is also broken. shower is extremely small. there is not hot water (but it was not a problem cause there was really hot). The hostess is not nice and it is not only my opinion, but also my neighbor's, who lived in the apartment below. when I arrived at the place (with my elderly mother and little daughter) at 5 pm (I announced that I would be there at this time or earlier) the hostess started shouting at us that we were going up the stairs (leading to our apartment) and we were dirtying the freshly washed floor. we had to wait in the street, after a long journey, another 15 minutes, until the floor on the stairs was dry. at the end of the stay, the hostess wanted me to pay her for the electricity consumed, as she decided that we had used over 70 kW. it was strange to me as we were very energy-saving. when I paid, I checked the meter reading again - because I had a picture taken with the initial state and it turned out that I did not have to pay extra. Fortunately, I managed to meet the hostess again, so that she would give me back my money.
