Our room was very clean, big and comfortable. The location on the east side of Frankfurt is ideal, it's only a 20 minute nice walk to the city centre. We were lucky to score a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. Otherwise we would have parked in the adjacent parking for 12 euros a day which is a good option as well.

The location was ok
The cleaning staff was very rude I booked 2 rooms so for the 2nd night I slept with my kids and the other room I didn’t use it so in the morning I use it for shower it was 9:45 so the cleaning staff was very rude and they said to me it’s not good we already clean why did u use I said the check out time is 12 so I can use it and we did not check out yet so it’s my room I can use it u can come after 12 they were talking in Russians and was rude
